AVAILABLE POSITION - ESTIMATOR We need someone helping pull together costs. We don’t work with low bids, non-experienced contractors – we have a great team of subcontractors who can not only provide guidance but absolute pricing. Can you communicate with a team? Can you pull together pricing from conceptual drawings and preliminary plan sets? Can you work with architects, landscape architects, product suppliers and trades? We take pride in building amazing spaces – and helping the client and the contractor bring to market great amenities. Construction estimation background a must, construction science education preferred. Tenured experience in North Texas welcomed.
AVAILABLE POSITION - CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR Can you help manage insurance, contracts, pay applications and process payments for a variety of consultants and subcontractors? We are looking for someone to help us respond to the day to day obligations to our contracting team and development partners. Accounting background a must, construction industry experience preferred.
AVAILABLE POSITION - DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Can you work with large civil contractors, coordinate with municipalities, consultants, builders, and developers? Do you have experience with large project budgets, managing pay applications, and facilitating meetings? This role would require a broad knowledge of civil engineering, surveying, landscaping and architecture, finance and the ability to bring to market production lots for future homes. A masters level education or equivalent experience is necessary, a tenured career in North Texas land development is preferred.
AVAILABLE POSITION - PROJECT COORDINATOR Can you see the details? Can you see the big picture? Can you see both at the same time and coordinate construction, design and shepherd a unique project from start to finish? Employing a variety of programs and tools – from adobe creative suite to flying a drone we need help managing our complex installations. Construction and design background is a must, preferred Landscape Architect or other design professional.
